There is no middleman, so you pay the factory-direct price. All our products are inventoried in our warehouse in California, so that you will typically receive your order within a week from ordering. In the rare cases when a product is out of stock temporarily, we will notify you promptly. We deal with our customers with honesty and integrity, and you would always get a candid and straightforward response. We ensure that we stay with you through out the sales process as well as during the installation and afterwards in case you have any questions regarding our motorcycle saddlebags.

Ordering information:We use PayPal DirectPay for orders placed directly online, you do not need to have a paypal account to place an order using your credit card. If you do have a PayPal account, you can choose PayPal ExpressCheckout to avoid entering information again.

Shipping Information: Orders typically will be shipped within 24 business hours from the time your payment is received.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:All returns have to be sent back within 15 days of receiving the goods. However, you cannot attempt to install it as it will leave marks on the products and make it not salable; we will also need to charge 15% restocking fee and deduct the shipping charges from your refund. If there is a special situation such as a mistake by our staff please notify us. We will return the customers money this can also include the shipping charges. We would never let you down by making you suffer for our mistakes.
Defective or damaged items will be exchanged with brand new items. All returns must have prior authorization, and must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the goods. Please email us if you plan to return your motorcycle saddlebags or luggage. We will give you instructions on how to solve the problem with the least amount of effort. This does not mean we would refuse a return. This is purely for the customers benefit. Sometimes minor damages can be solved by replacing parts, and this helps bring our cost down so we can continue to offer great prices for our customers. If the damage occurs while the product is being shipped please notify us as soon as possible. In situations like these we usually file an insurance claim.
